Gladstone Motor Wrecking Company operates the local RACQ Agency in Gladstone and is currently seeking an enthusiastic full time Sales Consultant to join the team.
The successful candidate would be
Passionate about sales and customer service
Have a strong work ethic
This role has a strong degree of sales in insurance and membership, so it’s important you’re comfortable identifying the needs of customers. Being a heavily customer service and sales based role, you must also have a strong phone presence and have an intermediate to high level of computer skills.
As a valued member of our team you will also share responsibility for the overall operation of the office including maintaining quality service levels, being a team player and ensuring office compliance.
The successful applicant will have 3 weeks initial paid training in Brisbane (this will be separated into a 1 week trip followed by a 2 week trip) and will be provided with all ongoing product and sales training to guide you within this role. Training dates in Brisbane are to be advised although you must be available for the training in order to be successful. Between these two training dates you will be back in the office receiving hands on training.
